Your mission
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript.
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team.
Your profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript.
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
