Partner Acquisition Manager

Location
: Ideally Lisbon (minimum 2-3 days/week from the office) (open to consider Prague/Munich)

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS

Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.

We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Manager to join our Partnerships team and drive new partners - spanning both Usercentrics and Cookiebot™ brands.

You will own the territory - learning the regional trends and partner proposition quickly, researching and enriching contacts at the right companies, running 1-to-few and 1-to-1 outreach, booking qualified calls, and ensuring that the partner has everything they need to sign the partner contract and bring their first customers. And you'll work closely with our Partner Marketing team, who generate lead lists through ABM and performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Develop an understanding of the partner landscape in your market - the types of players, the business drivers that influence their decisions, and where Usercentrics and Cookiebot win.
  • Run outbound campaigns and sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage priority partner targets, adapting messaging to each segment (e.g. compliance-focused, performance marketing or e-commerce agencies)
  • Initiate senior relationships with partner contacts - understanding the business drivers and partnership decisions in their organization to guide them towards a speedy decision.
  • Own the full cycle from first outreach through to signed, activated partnership - qualifying fit, nurturing the relationship, and closing new partners.
  • Report on market coverage, pipeline, and partnership outcomes, using the learnings to continually sharpen strategy and targeting.
  • Keep all activity, contact data, and partner status accurate and current in Salesforce and sequencing tools (E.g. Outreach.io, Clay)
  • Ensure that no lead is blocked in the contract and sign up process.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing for campaign support and lead generation.
  • Work with our Partner Managers after closing the contract to hand over the account, who will then manage and grow the partner relationship.
  • One of the key performance indicators is the number of signed partners that convert.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role, with a demonstrable track record of building pipeline and new relationships.
  • Resilience - showing your ambition and your ability to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to assess good opportunities and partner fit, and to build strong relationships based on mutual business benefits with a partner.
  • Self-directed - comfortable owning a market with significant autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident building relationships at all levels of a partner organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sequencing tools (Salesforce, Outreach.io, Clay).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (Afrikaans, Turkish, Portuguese, Spanish)
  • Passion for privacy and shaping the marketing industry with privacy-first growth principles.

Benefits

  • Joining Usercentrics means becoming part of a fast-growing, diverse and international team of tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurially-minded who build our success story together.
  • Company culture is important to us. We strive to continuously develop a positive, vibrant and inspiring environment that enables everyone to thrive both personally and professionally.
  • Get involved. We have plenty of initiatives and love to see people from all departments enthusiastically participating and shaping our future together in different cross-department projects.
  • Your work-life balance is important to us too. We offer flexible working hours, hybrid working, and the possibility of workcations (in accordance with our company policy).
  • We always remember to have fun along the way, both in our day-to-day work and at our regular team events on site in our offices in Munich, Copenhagen, Odense, Lisbon and Prague, Buenos Aires and New York.

Some of our benefits

  • Development budget for every employee: €800 per year
  • Job-related language courses (English, German, Czech, Spanish, etc.): €350 per year
  • Hybrid working policy with the option to take a workcation (up to 60 days per year)
  • Events: team buildings, happy hours, parties/get-togethers, and occasional company-covered breakfasts or lunches (personally in-office, across offices, online)
  • Gifts: we celebrate life and work milestones at UC (work anniversaries, new baby arrivals, and similar occasions)
  • Snacks, fruit, coffee, and drinks in the office
