What you do
- You lay the foundations for our new Partner Success function, helping our partners from the automotive industry (OEMs) and the energy sector (utilities) get the most out of our platform.
- You work with Business Development, Marketing, Tech and Product Management to define the KPIs that show how our joint products and launches are progressing, such as platform usage and launch milestones.
- You develop a common data model for OEM and utility partnerships and work out where the relevant platform data comes from, how often it is updated and how reliable it is.
- You consolidate aggregated data from our CRM and platform in line with our contractual and data protection requirements, and you work to steadily improve data quality.
- You build an internal Partner Success reporting and turn the data into clear insights on where we can better support our partners.
- You develop a concept for regular reports that give our partners transparency on the performance of our joint products.
Who you are
- You are enrolled in a degree program in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on data or controlling, or a comparable field, ideally at Master’s level.
- You are very comfortable with Excel, and ideally you have first experience with a BI tool (e.g. Power BI) and SQL.
- You think analytically and structurally, and you enjoy bringing order to complex, incomplete data.
- You work independently, take ownership of your topics and communicate your results clearly to colleagues at different levels.
- You are interested in electric mobility, the energy transition and bidirectional charging; prior knowledge of the energy or automotive sector is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
